Thank you for taking the time to visit my
website. I hope that the information that you will read here will show you how
much pride I take in the quality of my work and the satisfaction of my
customers.
WOW!!! This has been such a mild winter, hasn’t it
been great? We sure do deserve it after those last two years where we measured
snow in feet and not inches. Now we get to enjoy the warm temperatures of
spring. Doesn’t that feel great? The birds are back singing their tune and the trees
and flowers are in bloom and the “Boys of Summer” are back at the ballpark.
Now we have to take a close look at what
the winter did to our houses. Are your gutters full of debris? Getting them
cleaned out can save a lot of aggravation and damage to the house with those
spring showers. Are they hanging off the house at all? What about loose or missing roof shingles or
siding? Has any of your wood trim rotted or deteriorated at all? How many tree
limbs do you have down in the yard? I can cut them up for you so you can use them
in your fireplace next year.
Now is also a great time to get things done
inside of your home. An important reminder at this time and any time of year is
to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and CO2 (carbon monoxide)
detectors. Did you know that the life expectancy of a smoke detector is
approximately 7 years? Check your owner’s manual. How old are yours getting to
be? It only takes a few moments to ensure your family’s safety. When was the
last time that heater filter was changed anyway? If it’s been in use all winter
it should be changed before firing up the air conditioning.
It is my policy to treat your house as my
own. After your work is complete, I want to leave knowing that you are
completely happy with the work that I've done for you. Please take the time to
read some of the client testimonials that I've received from customers that
keep calling me back to complete their "honey-do" list.
Feel free to give me a call about any work
that you need done. Even if you are unable to reach me just leave a message, I
make it a practice to return phone calls the very same day. When we speak on
the phone, I can give you a general idea of the costs and time it may take to
complete your project. I am also more then happy to come out and give you a
completely free, no obligation estimate that will detail all of the costs
associated with your project.
The brochure on this site is the same one
that I give to my customers. Being a handyman, I do a lot of the work that
major contractors don't want to do and homeowners either are unable to do or
just don't have the time in their busy schedules to do. This brochure will give
an insight into some of the jobs that I do. Of course I am not able to list all
of the different things I can help you with so if you have any questions please
call me or email me and ask about your repair or project. No job is too small!
Thank you again for taking the time to stop
by! I look forward to working with you and making life easier around your
house.
