WOW!!!  It’s winter already. Another year is in the books.  They promise this winter will be easier than the last couple of years. Let’s hope they are right. How is the weather stripping around your doors? Are you feeling a draft? Is any of your siding or capping loose? The winter winds can be quite brutal.

Now is also a great time to get things done inside of your home. An important reminder at this time and any time of year is to change the batteries in your smoke detectors and CO2 (carbon monoxide) detectors. Did you know that the life expectancy of a smoke detector is approximately 7 years? Check your owner’s manual. How old are yours getting to be? We are all firing up those fireplaces and furnaces. It only takes a few moments to ensure your family’s safety. When was the last time that heater filter was changed anyway?

It is my policy to treat your house as my own. After your work is complete, I want to leave knowing that you are completely happy with the work that I've done for you. The brochure on this site is the same one that I give to my customers. Being a handyman, I do a lot of the work that major contractors don't want to do and homeowners either are unable to do or just don't have the time in their busy schedules to do. This brochure will give an insight into some of the jobs that I do.
